Designs are created by us or supplied by you, then moulds or dies are cut, an intricate process in itself, and the foundation of every crisp badge we strike.
Copper or brass blanks are pressed with significant force and trimmed, fittings are attached, and each piece is electroplated in its chosen finish.
Colours are filled by hand, then the badge is finished with a resin coating that protects the work for decades of wear.
