About Us

Ever wondered how we make badges?

Designs are created or supplied (by you) then moulds or dies cut – an intricate process in itself.

The next process involves pressing (eg: The equivalent weight of 24 x elephants jumping on your badge) and trimming the small blanks of metal (copper or brass), a fitting(brooch/ tie tack) is attached the back then electroplated (gold, silver, nickel, copper, etc).

The final process involves colour filling and a resin finishing coat. Finally your badge is ready to freight.
